The service
LagInspector is a diagnostic tool that analyzes your network connection and PC settings while playing iRacing, and generates a report explaining any issues found. It is currently in closed beta, provided free to testers via one-time access codes.
What LagInspector doesn't do
LagInspector diagnoses your network path and PC settings — it does not modify your network configuration, does not actively reroute your traffic, and does not fix anything automatically. Any changes suggested in a report (e.g. adjusting your power plan) must be made by you.
A clean/healthy report means LagInspector didn't find an issue in the areas it checks. It does not guarantee you won't experience lag, and does not diagnose issues with iRacing's own servers, your hardware's physical condition, or the game's own netcode behavior.
Beta access
- Access codes are single-use and non-transferable.
- The beta is provided "as is" — features, scoring, and behavior may change without notice as the product develops.
- We may end beta access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to redeem codes you weren't given, reverse-engineer the backend for unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for other users.
Liability
LagInspector is provided without warranty during the beta period. [Standard limitation-of-liability language to be added with proper legal review — this section in particular should not be relied on as-is.]
